Homeowner Referral Program
Terms & Conditions
- A referral is a homeowner who contracts with HomeGuard for a new or replacement roof of at least 2,000 square feet. Insurance claims are eligible for referral.
- A referral becomes a qualified customer once their roof is built and they have signed a Certificate of Completion.
- Homeowners may not refer their own primary residence into the program. If we have replaced the primary residence’s roof, a second home, rental property, etc. may be referred.
- Referrals must sign a contract with HomeGuard within 60 days of form submission to be considered a verified customer. If within those 60 days of original form submission, a contract has not been signed, the referral will need to be resubmitted via the online form for pending verification.
